Between writing articles and sex tourism, I’ve been working on the infrastructure for this site and expanding to other platforms. I won’t bore you with the details, but instead I’m here to announce further content for you all to enjoy.
I’ve made a ton of bumpers using stock footage and a little editing. These can be described as short adverts/transitions/intros/outros. These will be released once a week on our YouTube and Rumble channels. Consider you want to get early access to the 52 stock footage bumpers than you can join our newly formed Patreon. I’m also making Ai bumpers with the same format that will be going up in the next week or so.
Now the idea of bumpers came from a now defunct streaming website named Bitwave.tv. It was the wild west of streaming sites and allowed anything legal to be shown, meaning almost no censorship. It was both extremely fun and hostile. Sadly for the audience, Bitwave’s owner Dispatch was abducted by Odysee to work on their inferior streaming service. I may try and get Dispatch to give an in depth lore interview about the site, contingent on whether I can think of a comedic bit to be included.
The bumpers on Bitwave were shown when a streamer was offline. They were mainly videos advertising the website, but some users were able to make and show their own. They’re simple, with just a beautiful aesthetic and a ‘Bitwave.tv’ title card stuck on the end. Often I would just watch the compilations of bumpers, while screaming obscene threats at others in global chat – it was a great time to be online.
My own bumpers are a simple method to keep the YouTube and Rumble channels active why we produce scripted shows. They are also universal content that I can apply to other formats like streaming.
